What is Seasonal Care?
Seasonal Care is how Swamp Wash provides residential window cleaning. Your home joins a neighborhood route and we clean your windows every season at a set per-visit price, with reasonable touch-ups between visits included. You don’t have to remember to book, re-quote, or reschedule.
How often do you come?
Every season (quarterly, 4 visits a year) is our standard schedule and what most homes need. If your home is waterfront, highly exposed, or you like your glass maintained more often, we also offer every-other-month (6 visits a year) and monthly (12 visits a year) service. We’ll recommend what fits when we see the property.
How much does window cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so we don’t publish one flat price. It depends on your home: window count, size, stories, and whether interior cleaning is included. We assess the property and give you a fixed price per visit, so you know exactly what each visit costs.
Is there a contract?
Seasonal Care is an ongoing, recurring service. It’s subject to the Seasonal Care service agreement provided at enrollment, which spells out the terms.
Do you clean interior windows too?
Yes. We clean interior and exterior glass. Whether your plan covers exterior only or both is set when we build your quote. You don’t need to be home for exterior-only visits; for interior cleaning, someone will need to be home.
Are screens included?
Yes. Screens are cleaned periodically on a planned schedule rather than at every visit. We’ll walk you through your home’s screen schedule when we quote.
What happens if my windows get dirty between visits?
Reasonable, isolated touch-ups between scheduled visits, like bird mess or a single problem spot, are included free. Text us a photo and we’ll take care of it. Touch-ups don’t include unlimited visits or full-home re-cleans; details are in your Seasonal Care agreement.
Do you offer one-time window cleaning?
For normal residential window cleaning, Seasonal Care is how we look after homes. When recurring service genuinely doesn’t make sense, such as post-construction, pre-listing, or move-in/move-out, we handle it as project-based window cleaning with a separate project quote.
We also offer pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and commercial window cleaning.
