Seasonal Care is Swamp Wash’s recurring window cleaning service. Your home joins a neighborhood route, we clean your windows every season at a set per-visit price, and reasonable touch-ups between visits are included, so you never have to remember to book, re-quote, or reschedule.

Every season (quarterly, 4 visits a year) is our standard schedule and what most homes need. If your home is waterfront, highly exposed, or you like your glass maintained more often, we also offer every-other-month (6 visits a year) and monthly (12 visits a year) service. We’ll recommend what fits when we see the property.

It depends on your home: window count, size, stories, and whether interior cleaning is included. We assess the property and give you a fixed price per visit.

Reasonable, isolated touch-ups between scheduled visits, like bird mess or a single problem spot, are included free. Text us a photo and we’ll take care of it. Touch-ups don’t include unlimited visits or full-home re-cleans; details are in your Seasonal Care agreement.

Seasonal Care is an ongoing, recurring service. It’s subject to the Seasonal Care service agreement provided at enrollment, which spells out the terms.

Yes. Sprinkler overspray is one of the most common issues we see on Tampa Bay homes. We treat it as part of a standard cleaning; heavily etched glass may need a separate restoration pass, which we'll flag during your quote.

Yes, we offer exterior-only or full interior and exterior service. Exterior-only doesn't require anyone to be home.
