Overview
Swamp Wash is a locally owned window cleaning company serving St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay, also offering pressure washing and gutter cleaning. We're now hiring a Door-to-Door Sales Representative to generate and close new business by canvassing residential neighborhoods, presenting our services, and representing the Swamp Wash brand professionally in the field.
We're keeping our sales team selective and looking for people who are confident, self-motivated, and ready to perform. If you think you'd be a strong fit, apply while positions are open.
Compensation
30% commission per sale — uncapped. Your effort and results directly drive your paycheck.
Responsibilities
- ✓ Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door to generate new business
- ✓ Clearly and professionally present Swamp Wash's services to homeowners
- ✓ Quote and close sales using company pricing guidelines
- ✓ Build rapport quickly and represent the brand well
- ✓ Log leads and sales accurately in our systems
- ✓ Follow up with prospects as needed to close business
- ✓ Check in regularly with the team on performance and territory
What We're Looking For
- ✓ Reliable transportation
- ✓ Strong communication and people skills
- ✓ Self-motivated and comfortable knocking on doors and handling rejection
- ✓ Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required for the right person
- ✓ Ready to start soon
