Overview
Swamp Wash is a locally owned window cleaning company serving St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay, also offering pressure washing and gutter cleaning. We're looking to bring on one Window Cleaning Technician to join our field team — someone reliable who takes pride in doing the job right. You'll clean interior and exterior glass, screens, sills, and tracks for homes and businesses across the area, using our purified-water system and hands-on technique to deliver the streak-free finish we're known for.
Compensation
Technicians start at 15% of each completed job, with the opportunity to move up to higher rates over time based on performance, reliability, and experience.
Responsibilities
- ✓ Clean interior & exterior glass, screens, sills, and tracks to our streak-free standard
- ✓ Safely set up and use ladders and equipment on residential & commercial properties
- ✓ Operate and care for our purified-water cleaning system
- ✓ Travel to job sites across Tampa Bay in a timely, reliable manner
- ✓ Communicate professionally and courteously with customers on-site
- ✓ Follow safety procedures at all times, including on ladders and around glass
- ✓ Keep job sites clean and equipment in good working order
- ✓ Represent the Swamp Wash brand with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- ✓ Reliable transportation to get to job sites
- ✓ Valid driver's license
- ✓ Comfortable working outdoors and using ladders
- ✓ Able to lift equipment and stay on your feet for extended periods
- ✓ Strong attention to detail and pride in a job done right
- ✓ Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
- ✓ Ready to start soon
- ✓ Prior window cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right person
